Professor Md. Irfan KhanPh.D, 1992 (Demography, Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur)
Director, TALEEM Research Foundation and Chancellor Himgiri ZEE University,Dehradun. Professor Khan had served the Foundation as Associate Director, Head- Research and Finance Controller and contributed extensively in Foundation’s growth since 1998. He has been part of the core team from TALEEM Research Foundation to establish and sponsor the Himgiri Zee University (HZU) in Dehradun. Professor Khan has nearly two and half decades of teaching and research experiences and specializes in the field of population, health and social development. In addition, elections studies and forecasting elections results are the other key areas of his research interest. Professor Khan has executed 58 research projects sponsored by national and international agencies as a Project Director and Co-Principle Investigator. He is one of the nation’s leading demographer known for his contribution in national demographic studies like NFHS, RCH, DLHS and GATS-India executed under the aegis of Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. Professor Khan has also worked as consultant to UNFPA, Government departments and Academic Institutions. He has been visiting professor and resource persons to various Indian universities and academic institutions and external examiner for Ph.D. thesis evaluation. Professor Khan has attended numerous International and National Conferences and Workshops and has presented and published over 54 research papers in journals of national and international repute and edited books.
Dalipkumar Singh BoraPh.D, 1992 (Economics, Kumaun University, Nainital)
Associate Professor, he has been actively involved in research and evaluation activities encompassing health, economic development, community based social activities and women and child development. Development of rural population especially the livelihood sector, education and economic development are the other areas that interest him. Multitasking and multi-sectoral participation always contribute to the growth of the Foundation.

Assistant Professor, Formerly worked as an Assistant Professor in Himgiri ZEE University, Dehradun, Uttarakhand. At the university she was teaching in the Faculty of Expressive Cultures, Media and Communication. She was fully dedicated to her teaching assignments given to her. She was able to apply innovative techniques in teaching communication students. She is an editor in the Journal of Communication Studies since 2010. She has conducted and published several individual researches on communication, religion, gender and health. Recently in joint authorship published two edited books on communication. Attended and presented papers in more than twenty seminar, conferences and workshops. She has been involved in various national and international projects in the field of rural development, health, communication and media studies, KAP and WASH studies and developed communication plans and IEC budget. She is specialized in taking in-depth interviews of government officials and others.

Lecturer, Formerly worked as Lecturer, M.B. Patel Rashtrabhasha Arts and Commerce College, Ahmedabad. While serving the foundation he has worked in the area of Social Health, Tribal, Population, Education and Media Studies and also involved in rural and urban community health services.

Responsible for managing data processing unit and developing various packages for management and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data for all the studies in TALEEM Research Foundation.
