TALEEM Research Foundation was set up in 1996 as an autonomous, literary, scientific and charitable society and trust. Social science research, capacity building and alternate learning initiatives are its three main areas of interest.'TALEEM', meaning education and training, is also an acronym for Transnational Alternate Learning for Emancipation and Empowerment through Multimedia.
